Wedding Reception Table Name Cards

Table Name Cards are often used in conjunction with Table Plan and Place Cards. The Table Plan tells the guest which table they are seated at, the Table Name Card helps your guest find that particular table in the reception room and the Place Card shows your guest which particular seat they should be sitting in.

Most wedding stationers can supply place cards but very few supply Table Plan cards so it is worth checking with your venue or florist in advance whether they can help you with this item. If your wedding stationer can supply you with Table Name Cards check whether they include a holder since most do not. Your venue or florist can often provide you with holders on loan. Your florist may even be able to incorporate the Table Name Card into your table arrangements to make an attractive centre piece.
