We ship to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Outer Isles of Scotland.
We do not ship Internationally or to the Isle of Man or Channel Islands.
Returns Procedure
You may return any item purchased for a full refund of the purchase price excluding delivery charge within 14 days of delivery to you. This may only be done by first contacting the main store by phone or email & requesting a returns authorisation reference. Goods will not be accepted for return without a returns authorisation reference.
If you change your mind then goods may be returned within the 7 days cooling off period. You will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.
Please ensure that you retain proof of sending any item for return.
Electronically transmitted products such as software, e-books, images, document files or any other transmittable media are non-returnable.
We charge a Flat Rate Delivery of £3.25 for lightweight packages (up to 1Kg) or £8.75 for larger packages using Royal Mail to all mainland UK deliveries (next day when items are in stock and outwith busy periods such as Xmas otherwise you will be notified of the despatch and expected delivery date). Other areas including Northern Isles, Northern Ireland attract an additional charge.
